3WALLS

The connection point between the end of the Aurelian wall and the existing railway is where the artist sanctuary is located. Hidden within its own courtyard space, it allows local artists of any medium to collaborate within the community. The site includes a myriad of work shops, artist studios and galleries, two lecture halls as well as two foleys mimicking the Aurelian Walls and Mount Testaccio in a soft cork material.
